ABC audit returns, distribution management and compliance reporting
We have developed an in-depth circulation analysis programme for consumer magazines. By applying our methodology we are able to identify significant and permanent benefits for consumer magazine titles, including:
- Increased copy sales on all consumer titles;
- Increased compliance with major multiples;
- A set of tools and template reports which can be used to monitor your distributors’ performance on an on-going basis and to benchmark their efforts and results;
- More efficient allocation of copy.
This work is labour-intensive and specialist, and due to this most Irish publishers are unable to undertake the depth of analysis which we offer. We are able to evolve management tools which enable publishers to take corrective action to improve copy sales and allocate copy more efficiently, and to regulate/manage the performance of distributors. This work is designed to generate a strong return on investment for the publisher.
