Mark Mitchell has over 17 years experience in printing and publishing. A history graduate, he also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Printing and Publishing Studies from the London College of Communication, and has worked in magazine and book publishing companies in London and Dublin. Mark knows the publishing industry inside out. He has published consumer, customer and business-to-business titles, ranging from some of the Ireland’s best-known shelf magazines to some of the highest profile customer publications. Mark worked in trade magazines and book publishing in London prior to moving to Dublin in 1996. Since then he has held roles at Ireland’s largest book publisher (Gill & Macmillan), one of the capital’s largest printers (ColourBooks), and was Production Director and Publisher at Ashville Media Group in Dublin for nine years before starting his own publishing consultancy in 2007.
